This is not a support role.
This is not about preparing slides.
This is not about “explaining the product”.
This is not about responding to RFPs in isolation.
This is about translating complex operational problems into deployable solutions.
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who understands mission-critical environments and can bridge technology, operations and procurement in Defence and Emergency markets.
If you want to work on advanced operational systems, but with the speed, autonomy and ownership that large organisations rarely allow, keep reading
About XRF
We are building the next generation of decision-making systems.
At XRF, we combine AI, simulation and extended reality to help organizations understand complex environments and act faster, with clarity and confidence. Our technology transforms fragmented data into real-time, shared understanding enabling better decisions when it matters most.
This is not theory. Our systems are already deployed in real operations, with real users, solving real problems. We have a proven product, real customers and strong validation across multiple markets. Now we are entering a new phase: scaling what we have built into a global category player.
We exist to solve one fundamental problem: in complex environments, decisions are still too slow, too fragmented and too hard to understand. We are changing that, helping teams understand what is happening, anticipate what could happen and act faster with better judgement. Because better decisions don’t just improve operations, they change outcomes.
Why joining XRF
Working at XRF means operating in a very different environment. We are a global, fast-moving team where things happen quickly and where you can see the direct impact of your work.
There are no unnecessary layers, no long approval cycles and no internal politics slowing things down. You will work directly with product, engineering and leadership, talk to real users and see your work deployed in real environments. Our mindset is simple: build, test, learn, improve and repeat.
The work is intense, but that’s what makes it exciting. You will jump from product discussions to real use cases on the same day, take ownership from day one and help solve complex problems without playbooks. This is not about maintaining it’s about building what comes next.
In return, you will join a company in full scale-up phase, with a fast learning curve, real responsibility, exposure to high-impact projects and a highly competitive compensation package aligned with your impact.
