Day-to-day responsibilities
- Provide key support in travel and event arrangements, along with agenda coordination.
- Draft and review documents and forms in both Spanish and English.
- Ensure that “everything flows”: track tasks, logistics, and communication.
- Play an active role in recruitment processes and labor relations.
- Support the full range of HR administrative tasks.
- Contribute to culture and workplace projects, helping the team grow in a motivating and cohesive way.

- Educational background in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of labor relations (no prior experience required—you will gain it here).
- Good level of spoken and written English.
