What you will do

  • Work on the conception, development, and deployment of decision-support systems for emergencies, defense, and industrial environments powered by Artificial Intelligence.

What we are looking for

We want someone who:

  • Has a background in Computer Science or ML Engineering, with specialization in Machine Learning or AI.
  • Has deployed applications based on LLMs both in the cloud and on-premise.
  • Brings at least 3 years of experience developing applications (not limited to LLM-based).
  • Knows Agents, MCP, fine-tuning, RAG, validation, and prompt engineering.
  • Is familiar with APIs, Git, MLflow (or similar), Python, and the ML/AI ecosystem.
  • Holds a passport from a European or NATO country.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the emergency or military/defense domain.
  • Experience using AWS as a cloud provider.
  • Hands-on work with validation and testing of LLM-based applications.
  • Knowledge of decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with VLMs.
  • Understanding of LLMOps and/or MLOps.
  • Comfort working directly from terminal consoles (Mac, Linux).
  • Background in probability and statistics, data science, or data engineering.
  • Experience with data presentation and dashboards.
  • Residency in Spain (ideally Madrid, Gran Canaria, or surroundings, though not mandatory).

Soft skills

  • Strong communication, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
