What you will do
- Work on the conception, development, and deployment of decision-support systems for emergencies, defense, and industrial environments powered by Artificial Intelligence.
What we are looking for
We want someone who:
- Has a background in Computer Science or ML Engineering, with specialization in Machine Learning or AI.
- Has deployed applications based on LLMs both in the cloud and on-premise.
- Brings at least 3 years of experience developing applications (not limited to LLM-based).
- Knows Agents, MCP, fine-tuning, RAG, validation, and prompt engineering.
- Is familiar with APIs, Git, MLflow (or similar), Python, and the ML/AI ecosystem.
- Holds a passport from a European or NATO country.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the emergency or military/defense domain.
- Experience using AWS as a cloud provider.
- Hands-on work with validation and testing of LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with VLMs.
- Understanding of LLMOps and/or MLOps.
- Comfort working directly from terminal consoles (Mac, Linux).
- Background in probability and statistics, data science, or data engineering.
- Experience with data presentation and dashboards.
- Residency in Spain (ideally Madrid, Gran Canaria, or surroundings, though not mandatory).
